Missing Pieces From Exported Case

Once your order has been designed in the S3D Toolbox, the case can be exported which contains .stl files. If there is a case exported and a piece of your design is missing, check the reference ID file name.

If there are special characters in the file name such as a period, it will cause issues with the downloaded file. Limit your reference ID to alphanumeric characters or _ and - characters only.
