SnugFit 3D is integrated into the platform as an optional scanning application which allows scanning and ordering custom-fit products — such as foot orthotics, prosthetics, and compression garments.

1. Download SnugFit.
Download the SnugFit app from the app store which can be found here. Make sure your device meets the requirements.
2. Log In
Use your login credentials. If you don't have an account, click sign up.
3. Creating An Account
Get your Lab ID and fill out the rest of the information to create the account.
4. Patient List
Your patient profiles will be here. To view older profiles, click the patient you want to view or search their name. To create a new patient profile, click "NEW PATIENT".
5. New Patient Profile
Fill out the information about your patient, then when you have filled all the sections out, click "CREATE NEW Patient"
6. Select Product
There are a variety of scan choices using Snugfit you can select from FO, AFO, KAFO, Knee, Wrist, Torso and Head
7. Begin Scanning
Once you have picked your body part, you will select the individual piece of the scan to start scanning.
8. Scan Duration
In the setting screen you can set the scanning duration it is defaulted to no limit, but you can change it to your scanning preference and style.
9. Scan body Part
Position the body part and begin the scanning process. If you are having difficulties scanning, you can follow the apps scanning guide which can be found in the settings page by clicking the gear icon. Snugfit also provides scanning YouTube tutorials found here https://www.snugfitsolutions.com/

The app will also notify you if you are too close or too far from the subject. The body part being scanned should be green as seen in the image. You want to keep the subject at a distance that keeps the meter on the left in the green region.
10. Review Scan
Here you can review your scan for completeness.
11. Scan View
You can change the scan view from X-Ray to Mesh
12. Fill out Prescription
Clicking on the prescription form will allow you to fill out further patient information.
13. Upload scans
Once all scan data has been captured, upload the information to complete the order.

Once you have received this pop up the order has been successfully uploaded.
16. Settings
App settings can be found by clicking on the gear icon. You can change the settings for the scanner to your preference and find other helpful SnugFit features.
