Here we will walk through the process of ordering custom insole products from the dashboard and demonstrating the manual design steps inside the Shapshift3D Toolbox.

Metatarsal Pad	Dropdown menu with options: 0 inch, 1/16 inch, 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch	Adds pressure under the metatarsal bones. The position and value of the pad can be adjusted.
ML Metatarsal Pad Positioning	Dropdown menu with options: 2nd Meta, 3rd Meta, 4th Meta	Positions metapad under 2nd, 3rd or 4th meta
AP Metatarsal Pad Positioning	Dropdown menu with options: Proximal, Distal	Position metapad in proximal or distal configuration
Medial Arch Support(%)	Dropdown menu with options: -10%, -5%, 0%, 5%, 10%	Forces the medial arch of the insole to be higher or lower than that of the foot. Value can be adjusted from -10% to 10%
Forefoot Posting	Dropdown menu with options: None, Extrinsic, Intrinsic	Adds a puck that adds more stability.
Forefoot Posting Side	Dropdown menu with options: Medial, Lateral	Side of the forefoot which that will be raised by the posting.
Forefoot Posting Angle	Any positive number, including 0.	Angle by which the forefoot should be rotated.
Rearfoot Posting	Dropdown menu with options: None, Extrinsic, Intrinsic	Adds a puck that raises the heel of the insole to heel lift value.
Rearfoot Posting Side	Dropdown menu with options: Medial, Lateral	Side of the heel that will be raised by the posting.
Rearfoot Posting Angle	Any positive number, including 0	Angle by which the heel should be rotated.
Heel Lift [mm]	Any positive number, starting at 1 mm.	Lifts heel from ground by the given value.
InsoleThickness	Dropdown menu with options: 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm	Thickness of output insole.
MedialArchThickness	Dropdown menu with options: -1 mm, -0.5 mm, 0 mm, +0.5 mm, +1 mm	Thickness different between the medial arch section of the insole, and the other sections of the insole. A positive value will lead to increased thickness, and therefore rigidity under the medial arch.
Heel Cup Height Value	Any value between 10 and 25	Height of the insole behind the heel.
Medial flange	Dropdown menu with options: None, Small - 1/16 inch, Medium - 1/8 inch, Large - 1/4 inch	Height of the medial flange.
Lateral flange	Dropdown menu with options: None, Small - 1/16 inch, Medium - 1/8 inch, Large - 1/4 inch	Height of the lateral flange.
Metatarsal bar	Dropdown menu with options: None, 1/16 inch, 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch	Adds pressure under the metatarsal bones but with a larger zone. The position and value of the pad can be adjusted.
Add fascia groove	Boolean (on or off)	Creates a slope to reduce pressure along the plantar fascia
Morton’s Extension	Dropdown menu with options: None, Sulcus, Reverse Sulcus	Adds an extension of insole thickness underneath the 1st toe
Heel Cutout	Boolean (on or off)	Adds a cutout in the heel region to disperses plantar heel tissues pressure
Cutout position	Dropdown menu with options: Medial, Center, Lateral	Centers the cutout to the middle or slightly to the side.
