Midsole

Please refer to these common issues and resolutions when using the Midsole tool:

• Slow Preview/Generate: This is a resource-intensive related case. Close any other heavily resource dependent apps. System upgrade to increase RAM may be recommended. 16GB is our minimum requirement and 32GB is recommended for resource-intensive computations. Use decimated previews.
• Misaligned Profiles:  This is caused by Non-intersecting 2D paths. Try repositioning in Illustrator; ensure absolute measurements. 
• No Lattice Output: This can occur when method is not toggled or volume missing. Try uploading via "+" first; check Conformal for UV-only. 
• Emboss Not Visible:  This is a zero depth/greyscale issue. Try adjusting normalize (0–0.25); verify white = extrude. 
• Export Errors: This is caused by a potential invalid file format. Validate .STL; try HVX voxel alternative.
