Product Management

The guide will walk you through the process of creating and onboarding new products to your organization and site(s).

1. Sign In

Click the sign in button

2. Categories

When onboarding a new product or editing an existing product you want to start from the categories section. Click the button on the left hand navigation.

3. Category Management

Here you will see any existing categories or you can add a new one. Click on a category to view details.

4. Add New Category

Click the + button to add a new category.

5. Choose Design

The design engine selection will be different depending on what access your organization has. You will only see design engine workflows and versions that have been authorized to your organization.

6. Design Version

Choose the design version you would like to use. Please note that older versions may have export access revoked.

7. Generate Attributes

This will automatically generate attributes associated with the product design.

8. Modify Attributes

Here you can modify and/or add any attributes and their dependencies.

9. Configure Attribute

Click on the configure button.

10. Setting Values

You can add any number of required values for an attribute.

11. Save

Once all category fields are added, click save to continue.

12. Products

Click the products button from the left hand navigation menu.

13. Product Management

Here you will see all your existing products relegated to your Organization. You can modify any existing product by click on the product image or you can add a new product by clicking on the + button.

14. Product Name

Provide your new product a name.

15. Product Category

Choose a category from the drop down list.

16. Product Workflow

Choose a product workflow from the drop down list. For more information regarding workflows, please review the Workflows

17. Product Image

You can add up to five product images. The first image will be your product's hero image and appear on the product's page.

18. Product Description

Here you can add any product description you may have.

19. Save

Once your product has all fields added, click save to continue.

20. Onboard Product

To onboard your product click on the Sites button on the left hand navigation.

21. Choose Site

Choose the site you would like to onboard the product to.

22. Add Product

From the site configuration screen, click the + button on the products section to choose a product to onboard.

23. Choose Product

This drop down will show all products available to onboard.

24. Save

Once you have chose your product and added a price, click save to finish onboarding your product..
