Your product catalogue houses all the products your organization can place through the platform. Depending on your organizational structure, you can dictate what site will see what product(s) from your catalog. This will guide you through the process of creating and onboarding a new product to your organization.
1. Sign In
Click the sign in button
Once your workflow is configured as seen in the previous guide you will need to configure your category. When on-boarding a new product or editing an existing product you want to start from the categories section. Click the button on the left hand navigation.
Here you will see any existing categories shared/owned by your organization. You can view the category details by clicking the tile. You can also add a new category by clicking the add category button.
Click the + button to add a new category.
The design engine selection will be different depending on what access your organization has. You will only see design engine workflows and versions that have been authorized to your organization. If you are creating a fully custom category that does not have a design engine attached to it you can skip selecting this feature and move to Step 8.
Choose the design version you would like to use. Please note that older versions may have export access revoked.
This will automatically generate attributes associated with the product design.
Here you can modify and/or add any attributes and their dependencies. If you are building a custom category without a design engine, this is where you would build the product variant attributes.
Click on the configure button.
You can add any number of required values for an attribute.
Once all category fields are added, click save to continue. Please note at lease one attribute must be required or dynamic to be saved.
Once the category of product is created, we'll generate the actual product. Multiple products can live within a category. Click the products button from the left hand navigation menu.
Here you will see all your existing products relegated to your Organization. You can modify any existing product by clicking on the product image. You can add a new product by clicking on the + button.
Provide your new product a name.
Choose a category from the drop down list.

You can add five product images. The first image will be your product's hero image and appear on the product's page.
Here you can add any product description you may have.
Once your product has all fields added, click save to continue.
To onboard your product click on the Sites button on the left hand navigation.
Choose the site you would like to onboard the product to.
From the site configuration screen, click the + button on the products section to choose a product to onboard.
This drop down will show all products available to onboard.
Once you have chose your product and added a price, click save to finish onboarding your product..
