Manual Design Engine Ordering

In addition to integrating a design engine of your choice or using Toolkit3D's design engine, we allow users to integrate a fully manual ordering process which will allow the user to manually design and upload their creations and use the OMS as a workflow and manufacturing tracker. 

1. Sign In

2. Orders

From the left hand navigations click on Orders

3. Add Order

Click the + button to add a new order

4. Choose Location

Choose your organization and site

5. Product Selection

Choose your product and fill out necessary information.

6. Add Scan Dependency

Add you 3D scan file

7. Scan File

Confirm your 3D Scan file

8. Customer Details

Add Customer details and save order

9. Order Created

Click on the Go To Order button to see your order

10. Accept Order

Your order will start out as placed and must be accepted to move through the workflow

11. Confirm Order

After accepting, click on the confirm button to start the order

12. Booked Status

Because this is a manual workflow, all design steps must be manually confirmed. Select the booked button to move the order to Scheduled

13. Work In Progress

Click the work in progress button to move the order to processing. Here is where you would typically download the design file and do all of your designs before re-uploading.

14. Processing

Order is in processing state.

15. Completed

Once all work has been done, click on the completed button to move the order to processed.

16. Order Completed

Accept the dialogue box to complete the order.

17. Workflow Completed

At this point the design workflow is done. If you have a manufacturing option configured for your organization, the order will continue to flow through to the next steps of fulfilling, shipping, and completed as dictated in your workflow.
